One of the systems includes a plurality of security systems, each security system including a secure network coupling a plurality of security devices; a plurality of user devices authorized to send and receive communications associated with a respective security system of the plurality of security systems; and a service provider system configured to manage communications for each of the plurality of security systems with respective user devices, wherein, the service provider system or the user devices are configured to communicate with a push service to send push notifications.
