In addition, an organic light emitting display device according to the present disclosure includes: red, white, blue, and green sub-pixels; at least one step portion between the sub-pixels; first and second bank layers; and a step compensation portion, thereby having an effect of suppressing a short circuit defect and a light leakage defect.
