The disclosed LED lamp using a switching circuit connects the switching circuit to at least one line among a plurality of lines connecting a rectifier circuit and an LED circuit, wherein the switching circuit may comprise: a switching element comprising at least one from among an SCR, a TRIAC, a TR, and an FET; and a driving element comprising at least one from among a capacitor, a TVS, a ZENER, a SIDAC, a resistance, and an inductor.
