An earphone keeper having a jack clip to attach to an audio jack, several earphone clips to attach to respective speaker housings of a pair of earphones, and securement features that releasably couple the earphone clips to the jack clip, is disclosed. More particularly, an embodiment includes a magnet in the jack clip to magnetically attract soft magnetic inserts in the earphone clips such that the speaker housings are releasably retained at the audio jack and cable portions of the earphones resist tangling.
