The lower spring seat 31 includes: a mounting portion on which the wheel-side end portion of the coil spring 30 rests; and an enlarged diameter portion disposed on a side of the mounting portion opposite to the cylinder 10 and disposed between the coil spring 30 and the wheel. The mounting portion and the enlarged diameter portion are each made of a resin material.
