The lip 22 is formed to bend from the outside toward the inside of the passenger compartment with respect to the flange. The lip 22 includes a recess 22d formed on an interior face of a portion, of the lip, covering a protrusion of the flange 11. The recess 22d acts as a pivot of a change in a shape of the lip 22 when the lip 22 is opened.
