The winding and accumulating mechanism includes third and fourth fixed rollers, and a downstream-side movable roller moving to pass through the middle position between the third and fourth fixed rollers, and a downstream-side friction preventive unit configured to reduce a friction between the film and the downstream-side movable roller.
