This invention refer to a series of substances according to formula I: The substances according to formula I above, known as sulphate chelating agent have the ability to enlarge/loosen simple cell membrane nor common organic membrane and its synthesis process. Furthermore, these invented substances have the potential as the biocides raw material, with very low toxicity into mammal. These features make the substances of this invention become very useful on many applications.
