The switching control unit includes a minimum magnetic flux maintenance part. The minimum magnetic flux maintenance part controls the inverter such that a calculated phase magnetic flux of each phase becomes equal to or larger than a predetermined minimum value in a state where the rotational speed of the motor is above a predetermined speed.
