The mobile communication terminal determines the current location of the mobile communication terminal, receives a graphical two-dimensional barcode transmitted by another mobile communication terminal bound with the mobile communication terminal, decodes the graphic two-dimensional barcode to acquire an equivalent home public land mobile network (EHPLMN) list to which the graphic two-dimensional barcode points, and performs network access according to the EHPLMN list when the mobile communication terminal detects that the EHPLMN list contains a network identifier of a public land mobile network (PLMN) corresponding to the current location.
