An embodiment of the present application provides a method for producing a panel. The method includes: providing a transparent substrate including an electrode setting area; forming a transparent electrode layer within the electrode setting area, wherein the transparent electrode layer includes a plurality of transparent electrodes, and each of the transparent electrodes includes a transparent metal oxide layer and a reduced metal layer on the transparent metal oxide layer.
