The signal assigner assigns signals to be transmitted to the mobile station, based on assignment information, the assignment information indicating assignment of subframes included in a UL-DL configuration that is configured to the mobile station, for each of the multiple base stations. Multiple subframes included in a UL-DL configuration are assigned to each of the multiple base station devices, for each DL/Sp/UL set made up of subframes correlated by a UL grant-PUSCH timing and a DL assignment(PDSCH)-HARQ ACK timing.
