According to the invention, each blade axle is connected to an adjusting element, which can be displaced relative to the shaft of the second blade wheel via a four bar link, which lies in a plane perpendicular to the blade axle and consists mainly of a square arm that is fixed to the axle of the blades, wherein a square arm is articulated to the bottom of the blade wheel, whereas the other end is connected to the end of the first square arm via a connecting axle.
