The land portions overlap with the line portions located on the opposite side of the pattern connecting portions in the laminating direction when viewed in the laminating direction such that the centers of the land portions do not overlap with the line portions located on the opposite side of the pattern connecting portions in the laminating direction when viewed in the laminating direction.
