The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for a terminal to perform interference measurement in a wireless communication system. More specifically, the method comprises the steps of: receiving a first interference measurement resource setting and a second interference measurement resource setting for one channel state estimation process (Channel State Information Process); and performing interference measurement on an interference measurement resource based on the first interference measurement resource setting and the second interference measurement resource setting, wherein the first interference measurement resource setting is set for an aggregation of first downlink subframes, in which the use of a wireless resource is set not to be changed by a repurposing message, and the second interference measurement resource setting is set for an aggregation of second downlink subframes, in which the use of the wireless resource is set not to be changed by the repurposing message.
