An imaging apparatus includes: a plurality of pixel electrodes arranged separately from each other; an insulating film arranged on the pixel electrode; a pixel isolating film of an insulating member arranged between the pixel electrodes; and a photoelectric conversion film arranged on the insulating film, wherein the pixel isolating film contacts the pixel electrode.
