Abstract: An anti-hygroscopic composition of acid-addition salts of optically active piperidine compound is provided to improve in vivo stability and activity of anti-histamine and allergy of the compounds, and act as an active body in living body. An anti-hygroscopic composition is prepared by mixing an inorganic acid salt of (S)-4-[-4-[(4-chlorophenyl)(2-pyridyl)methoxy] piperidino]butanic acid selected from hydrobromide, iodate, nitrate and sulfate with 0.01-20 wt.% based on the inorganic acid salt of alkali earth metal salt of C15-C18 carboxylic aid selected from magnesium salt and calcium salt.

By this construction, the rotational tube (32) is freely rotated on the axle (31) and the plate (34) can be rotated on the tooth-brush handle (32).
