Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein improved compensation techniques are needed because recent transmission rates, including those exceeding 500 MHz, have exceeded the capabilities of the conventional techniques. SOLUTION: An electrical connector with improved crosstalk compensation is disclosed. By equipping it with at least one coupling with a frequency dependence different from other couplings in the connector, crosstalk compensation is improved over a greater frequency range. The different frequency dependency may, for example, be used to compensate for phase shifts caused by distances between compensation circuitry and the plug/jack interface. Embodiments for decreasing these distances are also disclosed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for managing a local-area communication network and documenting it. SOLUTION: The system has an Ethernet controller and an electric-power forwarding function on the Ethernet as an integrated management component in a cable plant. A power-supplying apparatus and a power-receiving device are deployed by using an active electronic module to enhance management, documentation, security, and emergency 911 aspects of the network, and to extend physical reach of the network. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-tap compression connector, equipped with a link part where strengthening of wire pulling resisting force and a fixing-holding force of a tap wire is obtained and in which plastic deformation is easy for improving the compressibility. SOLUTION: The connector is equipped with a first section and a second section tat are mutually connected. The first section and the second section have respectively a body part and an end wall part. From the body part, a hook part and a slope demarcating protruded part are extended outward and demarcate a main wire insertion port. The body part is equipped with a first tap wire insertion port and a second tap wire insertion port neighboring the end wall part. Between the first tap wire insertion port and the second tap wire insertion port. the easy to deform plastic link part is demarcated which extends obliquely. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modular plug to be used by mounting on an end of a cable in which a nearend crosstalk is further reduced for improvement. SOLUTION: The modular plug 100 is provided with a conductive wire sorting out member 20 having a cable introducing projection and a plurality of sorting out passages, a contact point terminal carrying member 40 having a plurality of penetrated holes and a plurality of slots, and a plurality of contact point terminals, and all the above unties a twist of a twist pair signal wire and regulates each position to reduce a nearend crosstalk. Moreover, the modular plug can be provided with a housing 60, a stress shielding coupling member 82, and a stress mitigating boot 90. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
