Abstract:
The invention relates to a mounting device for connecting a door panel (22) to a door connection element (33), comprising a door panel mount (12; 12') connectable with the door connection element (33) and having a support portion (120), and an attaching element (11), which is connectable with the door panel (22) and is to be attached to the support portion (120) of the door panel mount (12; 12') for mounting the door panel (22) on the door panel mount (12; 12'). It is provided that the support portion (120) of the door panel mount (12; 12') and the attaching element (11) when being attached to one another together form a pivot joint (13) for a pivotable connection of the door panel (22) with the door connection element (33), wherein the pivot joint (13) defines a pivot axis (P) and the attaching element (11) is attachable to the support portion (120) of the door panel mount (12; 12') in an attaching direction (A) having a directional component vertical to the pivot axis (P).
Abstract:
A door drive device for a door of a wagon, including at least one door panel mount displaceable along a first spatial axis substantially vertical to the plane of a door panel mounted on the at least one door panel mount and along a second spatial axis extending substantially horizontal in use and substantially vertical to the first spatial axis, a drive motor and a spindle which may be rotated by means of the drive motor. It is provided, that a displacement of the at least one door panel mount along the first and/or second spatial axis is effected by means of a guide fork being displaceable by an associated spindle nut slidably engaged with the guide fork, wherein the spindle nut is driven by rotation of a spindle and wherein the spindle and the drive motor are fixed with respect to the wagon.

The invention relates to a mounting device for connecting a door panel to a door connection element, including a door panel mount connectable with the door connection element and having a support portion, and an attaching element, which is connectable with the door panel and is to be attached to the support portion of the door panel mount for mounting the door panel on the door panel mount. It is provided that the support portion of the door panel mount and the attaching element when being attached to one another together form a pivot joint for a pivotable connection of the door panel with the door connection element. The pivot joint defines a pivot axis and the attaching element is attachable to the support portion of the door panel mount in an attaching direction having a directional component vertical to the pivot axis.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a mounting device for mounting a door panel (2) to a wagon (3) or wagon part (33), the mounting device comprising attaching means (11) for attaching the door panel (2) to the wagon (3) or wagon part (33). It is provided, that the mounting device further comprising adjusting means (12) for adjusting the door panel (2) in a first spatial direction (D1), and fixing means (13) for fixing the door panel (2) in a second spatial direction (D2).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a door drive device for a door (2) of a wagon (3), comprising at least one door panel mount (12A, 12B) displaceable along a first spatial axis (Y) substantially vertical to the plane of a door panel (20A, 20B) mounted on the at least one door panel mount (12A, 12B) and along a second spatial axis (X) extending substantially horizontal in use and substantially vertical to the first spatial ax-is (Y), a drive motor (14) and a spindle (15) which may be rotated by means of the drive motor (14). It is provided, that a displacement of the at least one door panel mount (12A, 12B) along the first and/or second spatial axis (Y, X) is effected by means of a guide fork (13A, 13B) being displaceable by an associated spindle nut (16A, 16B) slidably engaged with the guide fork (13A, 13B), wherein the spindle nut (16A, 16B) is driven by rotation of a spindle (15) and wherein the spindle (15) and the drive motor (14) are fixed with respect to the wagon (3).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a door guiding device for a door (2) of a wagon (3), being displaceable, in the mounted condition, along a plug axis (Y) substantially vertical to the plane of a door panel (22) mounted to the door guiding device (1, 1'), between a retracted position and an extended position, and comprising a door panel mount (12; 12'; 12"), which is connectable with the door panel (22), a drive carriage (10; 10') slidably supporting the door panel mount (12; 12'; 12") by means of a first linear guiding device (13; 13'), and a carrier (11; 11') slidably supporting the drive carriage (10; 10') by means of a second linear guiding device (14; 14'). It is provided that in the extended position of the door guiding device (1; 1'), one of the first and second linear guiding devices (13, 14; 13', 14') is located outside an interior (34) of the wagon (3) defined by an outer surface (33) of the wagon (3), while the other one of the first and second linear guiding devices (13, 14; 13', 14') is at least partially located inside of the interior (34) of the wagon (3).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a door leaf device being configured and provided for use in a wagon (2) of a mass transportation vehicle, having an outside face (16), an inside face (17), a height and a width and comprising an outer door leaf layer (10; 10') at least partially forming the outside face (16) and an inner door leaf layer (11; 11') at least partially forming the inside face (17), the outer and inner door leaf layers (10, 11; 10', 11') being arranged with respect to one another so as to form an inner space (13) therebetween. It is provided that at least one of the outer and inner door leaf layers (10, 11; 10', 11') substantially extends over the height and/or the width of the door leaf device (1; 1') and is formed in one piece. The invention further relates to a method for the production of a door leaf device.
