Abstract: PURPOSE: A sign-board holder is provided to prevent a part including a fixing bolt from becoming externally protruded. CONSTITUTION: A sign-board holder comprises a fastening member(3), a holding pipe, a cover plate(7), a middle plate and an extendable rod. The fastening member is coupled to a fastening band(2) by a fastening bolt. The fastening band is fastened to the outer circumferential surface of a post installed on the ground. The holding pipe comprises a fixed plate and two holding holes. The fixed plate is fixed to the front surface of the fastening member by the fixing bolt and is elastically supported by an elastic spring. The holding hole holds a wire, which is fixed to the fixed plate and whose end comprises a screw rod.

CONSTITUTION: A fixing device of a sign board comprises a fastening member(3), a housing tube(6), a middle plate(8), and an extension bar(12).
