Abstract: A cosmetic composition containing flavone is provided to show physiologically activating effects of flavone including inflammation-inhibiting effects on the skin without crystal extraction due to its low solubility by immobilizing it onto macromolecular composite particles. An anti-inflammatory cosmetic composition for preventing skin aging and skin wrinkles contains 0.0001-5 wt.% of flavone immobilized on the surface of the macromolecular composite particles, and is formulated as soft cosmetic water, astringent cosmetic water, nutrition cosmetic water, nutrition cream, massage cream, essence, eye cream, eye essence, cleansing cream, cleansing foam, cleansing water, pack, powder, body lotion, body cream, body oil or body essence, wherein the flavone is selected from apigenin, luteolin and diosmetin.
