PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for antioxidation and anti-aging is provided to promote collagen synthesis and to ensure skin stability. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for antioxidation contains cell line culture by plant stem cell culture technology, crushed material, extract thereof, or green tea stem cell-derived ingredients as an active ingredient. A cosmetic composition for anti-aging contains the cell line culture by plant stem cell culture technology, crushed material, extract thereof, or green tea stem cell-derived ingredients as an active ingredient. The cosmetic compositions are manufactured in the form of lotion, massage cream, nutrition cream, pack, gel, or skin viscosity cosmetics.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a water-in-oil type cosmetic composition is provided to easily obtain the cosmetic composition through a non-crushing process using low energy without cooling to room temperature and a mixer. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a water-in-oil type cosmetic composition comprises: a step of stirring an organic modified clay mineral, oil, and an emulsifier at room temperature, and preparing an oily part; a step of dissolving a hydrophilic compound in water or an aqueous ingredient, and stirring at 65-90 deg. C to prepare an aqueous part; and a step of cooling the aqueous part to 60-75 deg. C, and adding the oily part to form microgel. The organic modified clay mineral is prepared by treating water expansion clay mineral with a quarternary cationic surfactant. The organic modified clay mineral is selected from the group consisting of dimethyl ammonium hectorite, benzyldimethyl stearyl ammonium hectorite, and distearyl trimethyl ammoniumchloride-treated magnesium aluminum silicate. The oil is selected from the group consisting of liquid oil, solid oil, wax, hydrocarbon oil, higher fatty acid, high carbon number alochol, synthetic ester oil, and silicon oil. The emulsifier is selected from the group consisting of sorbitan fatty acid ester, glycerin fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, a polyether modified silicon surfactant, and a silicon surfactant. The hydrophilic compound is selected from the group consisting of agar, curdlan, scleroglucan, gelatin, gellan gum, alginic acid, carrageenan, pectin, and hyaluronic acid. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains gibberellins, gibberellins-like substance, and plant extract containing gibberellins or gibberellins-like substance; and herb extract such as Cnidii Rhizoma extracts, Angelica gigas Nakai, or artemisia extract. The gibberellin-like substance is GA 1(gibberellin A1), GA3, GA4, GA5, GA6, GA15, GA17, gibberellic acid, gibberellin methyl ester, diterpenes.
