Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bubble detecting device for a vacuum container for manufacturing cosmetic contents, which can detect increasing bubbles in a vacuum container using a phenomenon where electrode bar assemblies can conduct electricity by the medium of bubbles when the bubbles fill the vacuum container over a fixed level, by installing multiple electrode bar assemblies in a method of installing the multiple electrode bar assemblies in the vacuum container, but connecting a positive (+) electrode to one electrode bar assembly and a minus (-) electrode to the remaining electrode bar assemblies or connecting a minus (-) electrode to one electrode bar assembly and a positive (+) electrode to the remaining electrode bar assemblies. The bubble detecting device comprises: a vacuum container (100); a stirring device (10); a sensor unit (20) which is installed at one end of the upper part of the vacuum container, is composed of two or more electrode bar assemblies (21) comprising an electrode bar (21-1) and an insulating body (21-2) surrounding the outer side of the electrode bar (21-1), and connects a positive (+) electrode to one electrode bar assembly (21) and a minus (-) electrode to the remaining electrode bar assemblies (21) or connects a minus (-) electrode to one electrode bar assembly (21) and a positive (+) electrode to the remaining electrode bar assemblies (21); and a control unit (30) which read information from the sensor unit (20), and outputs an alarm signal by determining that bubbles reach the upper part of the vacuum container when the electrode bar assemblies (21) conduct electricity.
