According to the present invention, the method of measuring the performance of the cosmetic composition comprises the steps of: (a) applying cosmetic to the papermaking having irregularities; (b) drawing on the papermaking; and (c) measuring the characteristics of the image.

PURPOSE: A PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) nanofiber film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to express excellent mechanical actuation based on high content of beta crystalline, 60 mC/m^2 of remnant polarization and piezoelectricity. CONSTITUTION: A nanofiber film includes polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) and carbon nanotube. In the nanofiber film, the PDVF and carbon nanotube are electrically emitted. The nanofiber film is manufactured by one or more of drawing and poling. The content of the carbon nanotube is 0.01-1.0 wt% based on the weight of the PVDF. The carbon nanotube is multi-walled carbon nanotube(MWCNT). The carbon nanotube is manufactured by introducing carboxylic acid group by one or more methods selected from a group consisting of heat treatment, acid treatment and ultrasonication.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a nano-emulsion which comprises electrospraying a solution using an electrospray method, a method for manufacturing the same, and a nano-emulsion cosmetic composition manufactured by the method. The method for manufacturing the nano-emulsion according to the present invention resolves a problem of a conventional nano-emulsion manufacturing method which has been limited contents and types of components contained in a composition by using the electrospray method.
