Abstract:
본 발명은 하이드로겔 입자를 리피드가 용해된 유기용매에 분산시켜 제조하는 리피드로 코팅된 하이드로겔 입자 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 기존 하이드로겔 코어 베지클의 제조방법과는 다르게 하이드로겔 표면의 화학적 처리나 희석과정 없이 유화 방법을 이용해 효과적으로 제조할 수 있어 대량생산이 용이하고 약물의 봉입효율 저하를 극복할 수 있다. 이 방법을 통해 다양한 유/수용성 활성 물질의 전달체나 세포구조 모사연구에 폭넓게 활용될 수 있고, 특히 본 발명의 천연보습인자를 담지한 각질세포 모사체는 다량의 결합수를 장시간 함유하여 우수한 수분보유능과 보습효과를 나타내고, 이를 보습 성분으로 하는 보습용 화장료 조성물을 제공한다.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing lipid-coated hydrogel particles is provided to prevent reduction of sealing efficiency of a drug. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing lipid-coated hydrogel particles comprises: a step of preparing hydrogel particles using water soluble polymers and water soluble crosslinking agent; a step of dissolving the lipid in organic solvent; a step of dispersing the hydrogel particles to the organic solvent; and a step of adding water to the dispersed liquid and performing reduced pressure distillation. The organic solvent is main organic solvent or alcohol of C1-C6.

PURPOSE: A multilayer lamella granule and a skin external composition containing the same are provided to stably maintain lamella structure which is similar to the skin keratin layer and ensure moisturization effect and barrier healing effect. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer lamella granule contains nucleant, lipid lamella layer containing ceramide on the nucleant, and polymer layer on the lipid lamella layer. The nucleant is sugar, salt, hyaluronic acid, alginic acid, chondroitin sulfate, chitosan, chitin, polylysine, collagen, gelatin, stearic acid, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol or their mixture. The ceramide is a natural ceramide 1-8 or similar ceramide of chemical formulas 1-6. A similar keratin lipid lamella layer is contained in 0.000001-99 weight% based on total weight. The similar keratin lipid lamella layer additionally contains fatty acid, cholesterol or its derivative or their mixture. The fatty acid is saturated or unsaturated fatty acid of 8-30 carbon atoms.

PURPOSE: A composition containing UV protecting agent-dipped coacervate is provided to ensure formulation stability and safety and to be used in cosmetic fields. CONSTITUTION: A composition for UV blocking contains UV-protecting agent-captured coacervate. The particle size of coacervate is 100nm-1mm. The UV protecting agent is an organic UV protecting agent, inorganic UV protecting agent, or mixture thereof. The coacervate contains 2-8 weight% of collagen or gelatin; 1-4 weight% of acacia gum, and 0.01-0.05 weight% of cross-linking agent. The composition further contains C12-22 fatty acid, fatty alcohol, or UV blodking booster thereof. The composition is a cosmetic composition.

CONSTITUTION: An external use composition for promoting hair growth contains an ethosome carrier in which a hair growth promotion ingredient is intensive. The hair growth promotion ingredient is 4-pyrrolidine 2,6-diaminopyrimidine-1-oxide, vitamin B5 derivative, Swertiall, glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhetic acid, nicotinamide, adenosine, glyceryl pentadecanoate, 6-benzyl aminopurine, eugenol, or dialkylmonoamine derivative. The ethosome carrier has a particle diameter of 10-800nm and comprises ethanol and lecithin.
