Abstract: A cosmetic composition containing adenosine base for stabilizing adenosine in an oil-dispersion formulation is provided which shows excellent lip wrinkle improving effect due to excellent delivering capability to lip skin and water retaining property of the lip inside and has high adhesion property and soft feeling of use when being applied to the lip. A cosmetic composition for improving lip wrinkles comprises 1-40 wt.% of an adenosine base including adenosine, 1-30 wt.% of an ester derivative of dextrin fatty acid, 5-80 wt.% of ester-based oil, hydrocarbon-based oil or a mixture thereof, and 1-20 wt.% of wax, wherein the adenosine base is a raw material made by mixing butter and adenosine and consists of a hydrophilic capsule covered by an oil soluble polymer.
