Abstract: PURPOSE: A TiO2 optical catalyst and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily give a visible light response property to TiO2 powder having an ultraviolet ray response property in an economic method without a transition metal or the doping of fluorine. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a TiO2 optical catalyst gives a visible light response property to TiO2 powder by applying a mechanical energy to TiO2 powder under water and reforming the surface of the TiO2 powder. The mechanical energy application is performed in one or more method selected among ball milling, tube milling, conical milling], rod milling, planetary milling, bead milling, jet milling, attrition milling, colloid milling, and wheeler milling. The TiO2 powder has one or more of anatase phase and rutile phase. The TiO2 optical catalyst has a visible light response property by reforming the surface of TiO2 powder in a form which OH and H2O are attached to.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供一种TiO 2光学催化剂及其制造方法,以便在没有过渡金属或掺杂氟化物的经济方法中容易地得到具有紫外线响应特性的TiO 2粉末的可见光响应特性。 构成:TiO 2光学催化剂的制造方法通过在水下对TiO 2粉末施加机械能并对TiO 2粉末的表面进行重整,给出对TiO 2粉末的可见光响应特性。 机械能应用以选自球磨,管铣,圆锥铣削,棒磨,行星铣,珠磨,喷射铣,磨磨,胶体磨,轮磨等一种或多种方法进行。 TiO 2粉末具有锐钛矿相和金红石相中的一种或多种。 TiO 2光学催化剂通过以与OH和H 2 O连接的形式重整TiO 2粉末的表面具有可见光响应特性。
