Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for certifying a people related to the electrical document is provided to prevent the waste of unnecessary costs by efficiently blocking a third party, who has an ill will, from acquiring a right for using an electronic document. CONSTITUTION: An electronic document management system(1) manages an electronic document(3). Each PRE(a People Related to the Electrical Document) communications device(2) additionally arranges an electronic signature inputting device(200) for inputting and receiving the electronic signature of each PRE for a stable service. The electronic document management system manages a PRE guide window through a PRE communications device. The electronic document management system supports the PRF so that the PRF is steadily authenticated with its own electronic document using right. The PRE verification apparatus is arranged in the program block of the electronic document management system depending on situations.
