Abstract: PURPOSE: A security transceiving device by periodic scrambling is provided to create random data changing according to a periodic key, and to create scramble data by mixing the random data with source data, thereby enhancing transceiving security. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(21) inputs source data from a user. A periodic scrambler(22) synthesizes random data in accordance with an optional key with the source data, and creates encoded scramble data at certain intervals. A transmitter(23) transmits the scramble data, the key, and the intervals. The periodic scrambler(22) comprises as follows. A random number generator generates a random number. A random data generator generates the random data having certain patterns. A synthesizer synthesizes the source data with the random data. A periodic executing unit executes the random number generator, the random data generator, and the synthesizer at certain intervals.
