    Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention relates to a system to determine the incident direction of a laser beam and a method thereof. The present invention determines the incident direction of a laser beam based on the output value (or strength) of each of detector cells after focusing the incident laser beam on a specific position of an arrangement detector by refracting the incident laser beam with a lens. For the aforementioned, the incident direction determining system of a laser beam according to the embodiment includes: lens which collects the laser beam which is emitted in an arbitrary direction; an arrangement detector which outputs a signal which corresponds to the laser beam which focuses on a detector cell by independently reacting depending on the position of the laser beam which is collected from the lens; and a control unit which processes the signal which is outputted from the arrangement detector, converts signal-processed data from analog to digital, and calculates an incident angle of the incident laser beam based on the converted data.
