Abstract: Provided in the present invention are a single nucleotide polymorphic DNA marker selected in 16S rDNA nucleic acid sequence of mitochondria of Acheilognathus yamatsutae represented by sequence number 1 for discriminating habitat of Acheilognathus yamatsutae, and a method for discriminating habitat of Acheilognathus yamatsutae using the same. Provided is a polynucleotide or a polynucleotide compensating the same for discriminating habitat of Acheilognathus yamatsutae, which is selected from a group including various kinds of polynucleotides.

Abstract translation: 在本发明中，提供了选自Acheilognathus yamatsutae的栖息地的序列号1所代表的Acheilognathus yamatsutae的线粒体的16S rDNA核酸序列的单核苷酸多态性DNA标记，以及使用该方法鉴别Acheilognathus yamatsutae的栖息地的方法。 本发明提供了一种多核苷酸或多核苷酸，用于区分来自包括各种多核苷酸的组的Acheilognathus yamatsutae的栖息地。
