Abstract: 본 발명은 인공 산란장 조성을 위한 어류 산란용 구조물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 일정한 산란기에 모자반과 같은 해조류에 포란(抱卵)을 부착하여 산란하는 도루묵, 꽁치 등과 같은 어류가 바람직하게 산란할 수 있는 부착 기질인 자연 모자반 및/또는 그와 유사한 기질의 인공 모자반을 로프(rope)에 부착하여 설치한 것으로, 산란을 목적으로 연안에 모이는 어류가 적절한 시기에 산란할 수 있도록 산란장을 제공함으로써 산란율 및 부화율을 높여 수산자원을 증강시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.
본 발명의 그 기술적 구성은 자연 해조류 및/또는 그와 유사한 형상의 기질로 형성된 인공 해조류로 이루어진 어류 산란용 부착 기질인 각 자연 모자반(11), 인공 모자반(12); 상기 각 자연 모자반(11), 인공 모자반(12)이 부착기질 연결로프(15)의 외주에 방사상으로 연결되되, 상기 부착기질 연결로프(15)의 상단에는 부자(20)가 부착되고, 하단에는 연결 및 고정을 위한 섀클(30)이 연결되어 이루어지는 산란용 구조물(10); 및 상기 산란용 구조물(10)의 섀클(30)이 연결 및 고정되는 지지로프(50), 상기 지지로프(50)의 외주에 구비되는 소정의 무게를 갖는 다수의 원형 스톤(40) 및 닻(60)으로 이루어지는 시설용 지지로프(3);로 구비되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
따라서 본 발명에 따른 인공 산란장 조성을 위한 어류 산란용 구조물은 인공어초 시설이나 해중림 시설보다 시설비용이 보다 저렴하고 부착이 용이한 다양한 부착기질 사용을 통하여 그 효과를 바로 기대할 수 있는 것으로, 수산 자원 조성을 위한 시설로 매우 유용할 것이다.

Abstract: Seaweeds using an H-beam are provided to make attachment and detachment of the seedling simple by forming a groove on the H-beam and using a rope. Abstract: PURPOSE: A rocky cleaning technology for marine afforestation and a device thereof are provided to easily remove barnacles or oysters covering rocks of the inter-tidal zone and the sub-tidal zone because a barnacle cutter, a chain, and blade of a cutter unit are rotated by torque. CONSTITUTION: A rocky cleaning technology for marine afforestation comprises a hydraulic machine, a hydraulic grinder, a hydraulic hose(44), buoys, a water pump(46), and a cutter unit. The hydraulic machine converts mechanical power into hydraulic pressure. The hydraulic grind converts the hydraulic pressure transferred from the hydraulic machine into torque. The hydraulic hose connects the hydraulic machine and hydraulic grinder so that the operating power of the hydraulic machine is transferred. The buoys are installed with a constant interval in the hydraulic hose to reduce weight of equipment in underwater. The water pump sucks the water around the work site to remove dust storm in the underwater. The cutter unit is joined to an end part of the hydraulic grinder and a metal barnacle cutter is installed in the cutter unit.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of producing Grateloupia filicina seedlings from spores is provided, thereby mass-producing the Grateloupia filicina seedlings of which amount is rapidly reduced by overfishing them. CONSTITUTION: The method of producing Grateloupia filicina seedlings from spores comprises the steps of: (1) releasing a large quantity of spores of ripening leaf of Grateloupia filicina to attach them to seedling yarn; (2) culturing the spores attached to the seedling yarn in PES medium at 15 to 20 deg. C and 3,000 to 3,500 lux for photoperiod of 10-12L:14-12D to form roots of the spore; and (3) culturing the roots of the spore to grow them, wherein the ripening leaf of Grateloupia filicina is obtained by drying the leaf of Grateloupia filicina in the shade for 12 hours.
