Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a bio-degradable aliphatic polyester-based resin composition useful for fishing implements such as a gill net and a fish trap, which has elongated degradation time and improved flexibility. CONSTITUTION: The bio-degradable aliphatic polyester-based resin composition for the manufacture of fishing implements comprises: 100 parts by weight of a bio-degradable aliphatic polyester having a number average molecular weight of 30,000-70,000, a weight average molecular weight of 100,000-300,000 and a melt flow index of 0.1-10 at 190deg.C and 2,160 g; 0.1-1.0 parts by weight of a hydrolysis inhibiting agent; and 0.1-5.0 parts by weight of a softening agent.
