Abstract: 정전대전 현상을 이용한 농약살포장치가 개시된다. 정전대전 농약살포장치는 노즐구를 포함하는 노즐 몸체, 노즐구의 정면에 위치하여 노즐구로부터 분사된 액적을 대전시키는 전극 부재 및 전압 공급부를 포함하며, 전극 부재는 도체로 구성된 전극 루프 및 전극 루프의 외면을 덮은 절연 피복을 포함하고, 절연 피복이 부분적으로 제거되어 적어도 하나의 전극홀이 형성되고, 전극홀을 통해서 전극 루프가 부분적으로 노출된다. 전극이 전부 노출되는 종래의 살포장치와는 달리, 전극 루프가 절연 물질로 피복되고 홀을 통해서만 부분적으로 노출되기 때문에, 동작 중에 누설되는 전류를 최소화할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A static electricity electrification type spray apparatus for a speed sprayer is provided to improve the attachment efficiency of the agricultural medicine about the crops, thus to reduce the spray amount of the agricultural medicine and to effectively exterminate any harmful insects. CONSTITUTION: The speed sprayer is provided with a static electricity generating device, and a spray nozzle(13) for the agricultural medicine on the rear side thereof. The electrostatic electrification type spray apparatus for the speed sprayer is installed on the upper region of the spray nozzle. Also, the spray apparatus has a static electricity electrification device(30) for electrifying and spraying the agricultural medicine into a negative electrode by using a positive high voltage transmitted from the static electricity generating device. Since the crops onto which the sprayed medicine is applied acts a positive electrode about the negative electrode medicine, the attachment efficiency of the medicine about the crops is increased due to the electrostatic force generated by the electric potential difference of the medicine.
