Abstract: 본발명은소과류공기세척및 탈수장치에관한것으로서, 더욱상세하게는소과류의세척률은높이되손상률은억제하여소과류의품질손실을최소화할 수있는공기세척및 탈수장치에관한것이다. 이러한소과류의공기세척및 탈수장치는공기공급부, 상부분사부및 하부분사부를포함하여소과류의상·하부에공기를동시에분사하는공기분사부와이송부및 제어부를포함하여구성된다. 상기공기공급부는상부분사부와하부분사부에공기를공급하며, 상기상부분사부는일정간격으로다수개구비된분사노즐에의해상기공기공급부에서공급받은공기를소과류의상부에서하부로분사한다. 상기하부분사부는일정간격으로다수개구비된분사노즐에의해상기공기공급부에서공급받은공기를소과류의하부에서상부로분사한다. 상기이송부는투입부를통해투입된소과류를배출부까지컨베이어벨트를통해이송시킨다. 상기제어부는소과류의종류에따라세척또는탈수를제어한다. 이와같이, 본발명은이송되는피세척물의상·하부에공기를동시에분사함으로써열매의크기가작은소과류의세척및 탈수가가능하며, 특히물성이연약한소과류를손상없이세척가능한장점이있다.
