Abstract: 유채 더미에 섞여 있는 이물질들을 전자동으로 걸러내면서 유채종자를 효과적으로 정선할 수 있는 유채종자 조정선장치가 개시된다. 본 고안에 따른 유채종자 조정선장치는 유채 더미를 공급하기 공급부와, 유채 더미 중 유채줄기나 깍지와 같은 큰 이물질을 걸러내기 위한 제1조정선체와 잔류 유채 더미에서 유채종자를 걸러내기 위한 제2조정선체로 이루어지는 조정선부와, 정선된 유채종자를 외부로 배출하기 위한 배출부를 구비하여 유채종자를 전자동으로 정선한다. 특히, 복수의 조정선체는 상하로 배치되고 경사도를 조절할 수 있기 때문에 장치의 사이즈가 콤팩트하여 설치 면적을 최소화할 수 있으며, 투입탱크와 공급호퍼에는 헤침로터가 조정선체에는 회전로터, 고정포크, 스크레이퍼 등이 마련됨으로써 유채 더미에 포함되어 있는 이물질들을 효율적으로 걸러낸다.

Abstract: A device for filtering foreign materials of red pepper is provided to filter leaves of the red pepper mixed with a stack of the red pepper, through a full automatic process before sorting the red pepper by jetting the air from an air ejection unit and sucking the air through a suction port by operating a suction fan. A device for filtering foreign materials of red pepper is composed of: a red pepper transferring unit(10) for transferring a stack of the red pepper mixed with foreign materials, to the front side; an air ejection unit(20) for jetting the air to a stack of the red pepper falling from the red pepper transferring unit; a suction unit(30) for sucking only the foreign materials separated from a stack of the red pepper by the jetted air of the air ejection unit; and a filtering unit(40) for separating and filtering the foreign materials delivered through the suction unit.

Abstract: An onion peeler designed to continuously and quickly peel skin of onion by spraying water to the onion while transferring the onion whose root part and stem part are cut is provided. It improves working efficiency and prevents the discomfort of the worker from the pungent odor of the onion. The onion peeler consists of: a frame(100) containing a plurality of longitudinal bars(120) disposed apart from each other and a transversal bar(110) for connecting the longitudinal bars; an onion transfer part(200) having a transfer surface to transfer onion to another end from one end on the frame; and a spray nozzle(300) disposed at the upper part of the onion transfer part to spray compressed air to the transferred onion. Abstract: A method for detecting carbamate-based and organic phosphate-based agricultural chemicals is provided to secure excellent detection sensitivity and shorten the detection time, thereby significantly improving the detecting efficiency.
