Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a device for storing and applying to provide a notable and durable effects by extending or curling keratinous fiber, to be heated without a damage of cosmetic properties even in the event of repeated use, and to be used more conveniently than a conventional device. CONSTITUTION: The storing and applying device includes a container, a composition of make-up and care product, an applying device(10) for applying the composition of make-up and care product, and a heating device(53). The composition of make-up and care product is contained within the container and has a thermal profile having a peak of fusion whose width is lower or equal to 10 deg.C in the middle height. The heating device heats the composition to a temperature greater than the melting point thereof beforehand, simultaneously, or subsequently application of the composition. The temperature is greater than the final melting point of the composition. The heating device is produced as a separate device distinct from the storing and applying device. The storing and applying device is produced in form of a kit.
