Abstract: The present invention provides a metal plate forming method which minimizes a deformation ratio of a curvature part when a dimple is formed, and includes a first and a second stamping step. In the first stamping step, a preliminary dimple, which has an upper curvature part and a lower curvature part, is firstly stamped on a metal plate by a preliminary stamping tool. In the second stamping step, the dimple from the first stamping step is secondly stamped by a main stamping tool to be a main dimple.

Abstract translation: 本发明提供了一种金属板形成方法，其使形成凹坑时的曲率部分的变形率最小化，并且包括第一和第二冲压步骤。 在第一冲压步骤中，首先通过预冲压工具在金属板上冲压具有上曲率部分和下弯曲部分的初步凹坑。 在第二冲压步骤中，来自第一冲压步骤的凹坑由主冲压工具二次冲压成主凹坑。

Abstract: 본 발명은 금속 판재에 딤플 성형시 곡률부의 변형률을 최소화할 수 있는 금속 판재 성형 방법을 제공하는 것이 그 기술적 과제이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명의 금속 판재 선형 방법은 선행 스탬핑 툴을 이용하여 금속 판재에 상부 곡률부와 하부 곡률부를 갖는 가 형상의 딤플을 1차 스탬핑하는 단계와, 그리고 1차 스탬핑된 딤플을 기본 스탬핑 툴을 이용하여 실 형상의 딤플로 2차 스탬핑하는 단계를 포함한다.
