Abstract: 본 발명은 증폭기를 공유하는 회로에서 메모리 효과를 제거하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 장치에 구비된 회로는, 짝수 개의 신호를 입력받아 신호를 증폭하는 증폭기, 증폭기에 전기적으로 연결되어 신호를 입력하는 짝수 개의 신호 경로 및 짝수 개의 신호 경로들 간에 전기적으로 연결되고 클럭 단에 따라 증폭기에 입력되는 신호 경로를 변경함으로써 매 클럭 단마다 증폭기의 기생 커패시터에 대전된 전하를 저장하는 짝수 개의 스위치를 포함한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for removing a memory effect from a circuit sharing an amplifier and a method thereof are provided to remove a charge of the opposite polarity stored in a parasitic capacitor of the amplifier by changing a signal path in a cycle of a clock terminal. CONSTITUTION: A shared amplifier(33) generates an output signal(34) by amplifying an even number of signals. An even number of signal paths are electrically connected with the amplifier. An even number of switches(32) connect the signal paths of a +/- input terminal of a half of the amplifier of a first clock terminal. The switches remove a charge in a parasitic capacitor of the input terminal by using a property of the opposite polarity. The shared amplifier is electrically connected with two close function blocks.
