Abstract: The invention relates to a sensor for detecting hydrogen peroxide, comprising: (a) a metal oxide coupled onto a conducting oxide substrate; and (b) myoglobin coupled to the metal oxide. The sensor for detecting hydrogen peroxide of the invention can generate a direct electrochemical signal of myoglobin on a CeO_2ITO electrode to detect hydrogen peroxide in an analysis sample accurately and precisely without effect of intermediate compound. Moreover, minute amounts of hydrogen peroxide contained in the sample can be detected since the detection limit is far lower than the conventional sensor for detecting hydrogen peroxide, and the prompt sample analysis is possible due to the very short reaction time.

Abstract: 본발명은 (a) 전도성산화물(Conducting Oxide) 기질상에결합된산화금속; 및 (b) 상기산화금속에결합된미오글로빈(Myoblobin)을포함하는과산화수소검출용센서에관한것이다. 본발명의과산화수소검출용센서는 CeO/ITO 전극상에서의 Mb의직접전기화학신호를발생시킬수 있으므로, 중간체화합물에의한영향을받지않아분석시료내의과산화수소를정확하고정밀하게검출할수 있다. 또한, 종래의과산화수소검출용센서보다검출한계가매우낮아시료내에포함된극미량의과산화수소를검출할수 있으며, 반응시간또한매우짧아신속한시료분석이가능하다.
