Abstract:
PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for providing a terminology dictionary are provided to promote the smooth exchange of medical information between hospitals by searching and displaying terminology directional information corresponding to a query. CONSTITUTION: A storage unit(200) includes concepts and terms and stores terminology dictionary information to which at least one terms for concepts belongs. A control unit(270) receives queries and searches term dictionary information corresponding to the query in the term dictionary information. A display unit(280) displays the searched term dictionary information according to the hierarchical relation of the searched term dictionary information.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A system for constructing the terminologies of electric medical records by using a clinical content model and a method thereof are provided to facilitate the input of terminologies by using the terminologies used by many people when designing an electric medical record system. CONSTITUTION: A terminology storage unit(110) stores the terminologies used for indicating each item of an electric medical record, and a terminology evaluation unit(120) is connected to a supervisor and evaluates the suitability of terminologies stored at the terminology storage unit. A terminology extraction unit(130) extracts the terminology which is mostly selected for the suitability as a representative terminology which indicates the item.

PURPOSE: A clinical contents structure and a clinical contents modeling method are provided to exchange clinical data while guaranteeing interoperability of an HER(Electronic Health Record). CONSTITUTION: An entity includes a name used in a real clinical field and a code of a standard terminology mapped on the name to display a clinical concept. A value explains the clinical concept of the entity. The value includes a word corresponding to the clinical concept, a code of a standard terminology mapped on the word, and a measured value for a patient. A limiter describes additional contents for the entity.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for editing a clinical contents model and a computer readable recording medium with a program thereof are provided to conveniently generate and edit a clinical contents model of an XML(eXtensible Markup Language) format only through a simple screen operation without directly editing an MXL. CONSTITUTION: A memory(110) stores UI(User Interface) data constituting a UI screen, and the UI screen inputs and outputs not only an entity and a qualifier which constitute the clinical contents mode but also the edition information of the setup value corresponding to the qualifier. A CPU(Central Processing Unit)(120) uses the edition information inputted through the input unit to control the edition of the entity, the qualifier and the setup value. A clinical contents model database(130) stores the edition information of the clinical contents model.

PURPOSE: An electric medical record input system using a clinical content model and a method thereof are provided to rapidly search an input result and facilitate an input operation by supporting a structured input operation. CONSTITUTION: A list set storage(110) stores a list set for each category, and the list set is a set of terminologies which indicate the items included in a lower category. If a first category for selecting a terminology for inputting a clinical record to an electronic chart, a terminology input unit(120) outputs a first list set which is a set of the terminologies which indicate the items included in a second category. The user selects one among the terminologies included in the first list set, and a record storage unit(130) records the selected terminologies at the electric chart.
