Abstract: PURPOSE: Tandem solar cells comprising an efficient intermediate electrode are provided to reduce an charge injection obstacle between a top electrode and a bottom electrode. CONSTITUTION: A hole injection interface layer(16) is formed by processing one side of an middle electrode through UV- ozone. The middle electrode is a transparent electrode which is formed with one of tin-doped indium oxide, indium zinc oxide, zinc oxide, titanium oxide, indium tin oxide, and indium tin oxide titanium. The middle electrode has low contact resistance between a top electrode and a bottom electrode. A substrate(11) uses the glass substrate and transparent plastic substrate.
