    Abstract: The present invention relates to an energy control system based on a genetic algorithm and, more specifically, to a genetic algorithm based energy control system which evaluates energy performance using building information modeling (BIM) data of a building and controls heating and cooling in a building by eliciting an optimal time table using regression analysis and a genetic algorithm. The genetic algorithm based energy control system for controlling energy of a building is characterized by comprising: a measurement unit for measuring temperatures inside and outside a building; a database for storing the temperature data, BIM data and a generic algorithm; and a control unit for evaluating energy performance using the BIM data, performing regression analysis of a relationship between energy consumption of a building and temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the building, and eliciting an optimal time table using a genetic algorithm.
