Abstract: PURPOSE: An electric heating tube defect repairing method of a heat exchanger is provided to repair an electric heating tube using an adhesive material, thereby preventing damage of a spiral sleeve due to thermal deformation. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive material is coated on a spiral sleeve which is used for repairing an electric heating tube defect of a heat exchanger(S10). The spiral sleeve in which the adhesive material is coated is carried to a defect site of an electric heating tube(S20). The carried spiral sleeve is attached to the defect site of the electric heating tube(S30). The spiral sleeve which is attached to the defect site is solidified(S40).

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种热交换器的电加热管缺陷修复方法，以使用粘合剂材料修复电加热管，从而防止由于热变形而引起的螺旋套筒的损坏。 构成：在用于修理热交换器的电加热管缺陷的螺旋套上涂覆粘合剂材料（S10）。 将粘合剂材料涂覆的螺旋套筒运送到电加热管的缺陷部位（S20）。 所携带的螺旋套筒附接到电加热管的缺陷部位（S30）。 附着在缺陷部位的螺旋套筒固化（S40）。
