Abstract: PURPOSE: A kit and method for identifying microgamete are provided to detect a gene which is specifically expressed in microgamete in birds and research of identification and isolation of sperms and differentiation of birds. CONSTITUTION: A kit for identifying microgamete of animals contains a nucleotide sequence of sequence number 2, 5, 6, 10, or 12 and complementary sequence of nucleotide fragment thereof. The animals are mammals or birds. A method for identifying microgamete of animals comprises: a step of hybridizing DNA or its fragment isolated from cells with the nucleotide sequence; and a step of confirming hybridization. The animals are chicken, turkey, duck, geese, or pigeon.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种用于鉴定微参数的试剂盒和方法，以检测在鸟类中特异性表达的基因，并研究鉴定和分离精子和分化鸟类。 构成：用于鉴定动物微参数的试剂盒含有序列号2,5,6,10或12的核苷酸序列及其核苷酸片段的互补序列。 动物是哺乳动物或鸟类。 用于鉴定动物的微参数的方法包括：将DNA或其从细胞分离的片段与所述核苷酸序列杂交的步骤; 和确认杂交的步骤。 动物是鸡，火鸡，鸭，鹅或鸽子。
