Abstract: Provided is a plasticizer composition, which contains a cyclodextrin derivative capable of forming a complex with a liquid low-molecular weight plasticizer to prevent the plasticizer from migration, and thus allows mass production of a flexible PVC composition showing little migration of a plasticizer. The flexible PVC composition showing little migration of a plasticizer is obtained by the method comprising the steps of: (S1) providing a cyclodextrin derivative represented by the following formula 3; (S2) mixing the cyclodextrin derivative, PVC and a liquid plasticizer to form plastisol; and (S3) heating the plastisol to a solution state, followed by cooling. In the formula 3, R independently represents any one of a C1-C20 hydrocarbon functional group represented by the following formula 4 and a C1-C60 silane functional group represented by the following formula 5, and has a substitution degree of 5-100%; and n is an integer of 6-26. In the formula 4, each of a, b, c, d and e is an integer of 0 or more, a+b+c+d+e is 1 or more, and the order of each unit varies randomly. In the formula 5, each of R1, R2 and R3 independently represents a C1-C20 hydrocarbon functional group represented by the formula 4.

Abstract translation: 本发明提供一种增塑剂组合物，其含有能够与液体低分子量增塑剂形成络合物以防止增塑剂迁移的环糊精衍生物，并且因此允许大量生产增塑剂几乎不迁移的柔性PVC组合物。 通过包括以下步骤的方法获得了增塑剂迁移少的柔性PVC组合物：（S1）提供由下式3表示的环糊精衍生物; （S2）将环糊精衍生物，PVC和液体增塑剂混合以形成增塑溶胶; 和（S3）将增塑溶胶加热至溶液状态，然后冷却。 在式3中，R独立地表示由下式4表示的C1-C20烃官能团和由下式5表示的C1-C60硅烷官能团中的任一种，并且具有5-100％的取代度; 并且n是6-26的整数。 在式4中，a，b，c，d和e中的每一个是0或更大的整数，a + b + c + d + e是1或更大，并且每个单元的顺序随机变化。 在式5中，R 1，R 2和R 3中的每一个独立地表示由式4表示的C 1 -C 20烃官能团。
