Abstract:
본 발명은 단삼 ( Salvia miltiorrhiza )의 뿌리 추출물 또는 디메틸 리소스퍼메이트 B (dimethyl lithospermate B, dmLSB)를 유효성분으로 하는 나트륨 채널 (sodium channel) 촉진용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 단삼의 뿌리 추출물 또는 하기 화학식 1 로 표시되는 디메틸 리소스퍼메이트 B는 나트륨 채널에 선택적으로 작용하여 나트륨 전류의 비활성화를 지연시키고 활동전압기간을 연장시키는 반면, 조기-후 탈분극 (early-after depolarization, EAD)을 유발하지 않아 부정맥을 야기하지 않으므로, 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물은 강심제, 항부정맥제 또는 부르가다 (Brugada) 증후군의 예방 및 치료제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A hot and chilled water generator using freezing system with dual pipe type evaporator attached is provided to improve efficiency of heat exchange and energy consumption by expanding effective heat exchanging area. CONSTITUTION: A hot and chilled water generator includes a dual pipe type evaporator(4); a hot water tank(8); a water supply port(5); a distributor(6); a cold water supply pipe(7); a hot water supply pipe(9); a heater(10); a hot water outlet(11); a hot water intake(12); and a cold water intake(13). The dual pipe type evaporator directly cools down water directly distributed and supplied. The hot water tank stores water directly distributed and supplied. The water supply port is where water at normal temperature is supplied. The distributor distributes water from the water supply port. The cold water supply pipe moves part of water from the distributor to the dual pipe type evaporator using gravity. The hot water supply pipe moves the rest of water from the distributor to the hot water tank using gravity. The heater heats water in the hot water tank up to objective temperature. The hot water outlet is where hot water form the hot water tank is discharged. The hot water intake is where hot water from the hot water outlet is taken. The cold water intake is where cold water is taken.
