Abstract: A RNA aptamer specifically binding to metastasis-related CEA(carcinoembryonic antigen) domain is provided to diagnose cancer metastasis to the liver induced by CEA without causing immune responses. The RNA aptamer specifically binds to the connection region of N-domain and A1 domain of CEA, and has the nucleotide sequence selected from SEQ ID NO:1 and SEQ ID NO:2. A composition for diagnosis of cancer metastasis comprises the RNA aptamer specifically binding to the connection region of N-domain and A1 domain of CEA, and is capable of detecting the specific connection of the RNA aptamer with the connection region of N-domain and A1 domain of CEA.
