Abstract: PURPOSE: A simulation base production execution system setting method and an apparatus thereof for securing the flexibility of the material flow and an apparatus thereof are provided to reduce unnecessary material consumption by performing prior test of the basic information within a factory model. CONSTITUTION: A construction device receives system information and requirements(S600). A virtual plant model is set up while designing a structure of a simulation based execution system by using the received information. If the virtual factory model and an implementation system of a simulation are implemented, the implementation system integrates simulation based execution system(S604). The simulation based execution system is tested whether the system is normally operated(S606).
