Abstract: PURPOSE: A high-sensitive surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy and a method for measuring adsorption and selectivity of heavy metal are provided to analyze a surface status of molecules having a nano size. CONSTITUTION: A laser(11) and a detector(30) are fixed to a high-sensitive surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy. Light radiated from the laser(11) is polarized through a polarizing lens and collected through a convex lens(12). At this time, light is collected in a gold thin film(23) by adjusting positions of the laser(11) and a prism(21). A part of light is incident into the gold thin film(23) and remaining parts of light are reflected from the gold thin film(23) so that the detector(30) detects the remaining parts of light through a dual cell photo diode. Light intensity data are inputted into a data processing section(40) together with current data.
